Students must register for preschool and establish residency in Thomaston, Connecticut first. Only students who have proven residency in Thomaston, Connecticut will receive the Preschool Lottery Application. Parents/Guardians must provide all information required in the Preschool Lottery Application in order to be eligible for the Preschool Lottery. A completed application does not guarantee admission into Preschool.
